STUDY #6: GOD ANSWERS YOUR PRAYERS

AIM: To provide understanding in how God answers prayer and how to approach Him daily in prayer.

  • Prayer is badly misunderstood. There is a need for honesty about what constitutes genuine prayer that is pleasing to God. God planned everything before the foundation of the world. He has laid down the principles upon which He operates. Responding with doubt and even anger at God when we don’t get our requests is unworthy of the good God we serve and who provided us with a Saviour.
  • This study will examine a number of Scriptures to build our confidence in His sovereign power and the principles upon which God operates. It also provides practical guidelines on how to approach the Lord in prayer.
